Xiao Guo opens his computer and writes down step one of the plan: find the right people.

▸ 他tā想xiǎng：“工程师gōng chéng shī、数据shù jù科学家kē xué jiā、营销yíng xiāo员yuán……我们wǒ men需要xū yào一个yī ge团队tuán duì。”

He thinks: "An engineer, a data scientist, a marketer… we need a team."
