比如“996”，意思是早上九点上班，晚上九点下班，一个星期工作六天。
“007”就更辛苦了，意思是从每天零点工作到第二天零点，一个星期工作七天，没有休息。
如果星期六和星期天常常不用工作，可以休息或者出去玩，这叫“双休”。
但是，也有的人星期六要工作，只有星期天可以休息，这叫“单休”。
还有的人工作一天，休息一天，这叫“做一休一”。
工作很重要，但是休息也很重要。
我们需要有足够的休息时间，这样才能生活得开心、健康。
