对于这个消息，两家公司都否认了。
阿里巴巴表示，收缩招聘只是阿里巴巴近期的一次人才体系升级，主要目的是激发和释放年轻人的能力和潜能，给有能力的年轻人晋升的机会。
京东也表示，京东最近是校园招聘季，所以以校园招聘为主，但社会招聘也没有停止。
有猎头表示，目前两家公司的社会招聘基本以比较高级的专家、管理岗位为主，很多中低级别都已经没有相关的岗位了。
