很久以前，有一个好国王，叫便雅悯王。
A long time ago, there was a good king named King Benjamin.
他也是神的先知。
He was also a prophet of God.
他不要人民的钱，自己工作。
He did not take the people's money; he worked himself.
人民都很爱他。
The people all loved him.
便雅悯王老了。
King Benjamin grew old.
他想最后一次告诉人民神的话。
He wanted to tell the people God's words one last time.
他请所有的人来圣殿前面。
He asked all the people to come to the front of the temple.
很多家庭都来了，人非常多。
Many families came, and there were very many people.
人太多了，国王就站在高的地方说话。
There were too many people, so the king stood in a high place to speak.
便雅悯王说：“我做你们的国王，也常常帮助你们。”
King Benjamin said, "I am your king, and I have often helped you."
“可是你们不用感谢我，你们要感谢神。”
"But you do not need to thank me; you should thank God."
“你们帮助别人的时候，就是在帮助神。”
"When you help others, you are helping God."
“神给了我们很多，所以我们也要爱别人。”
"God has given us so much, so we must also love others."
人民听了这些话，他们的心变了。
The people heard these words, and their hearts were changed.
他们说：“我们相信神，我们要听神的话。”
They said, "We believe in God, and we will listen to His words."
“我们也要帮助别人。”
"We will help others too."
便雅悯王非常高兴。
King Benjamin was very happy.
从那天起，人民更爱神，也更爱别人。
From that day on, the people loved God more, and loved others more too.
