据报道，由于近期俄罗斯对欧洲能源供应持续下降，欧洲能源危机愈演愈烈，这个冬天多个欧洲国家可能遭遇严峻的能源短缺问题。
为了应对这一危机，瑞士政府出台了一项针对冬季天然气使用的新规定。
根据规定，在安装燃气供暖系统的建筑物内，房间供暖温度不能超过19摄氏度，热水不能超过60摄氏度，禁止使用辐射式加热器。
而游泳池和桑拿浴室也必须保持低温。
对于违反规定的人，将处以单日30至3000瑞士法郎的罚款，持续罚款最高达180天。
对于情节严重的，甚至将处以最高3年的监禁。
瑞士政府也表示，不会挨家挨户进行检查，但是可能会有突击检查。
瑞士各州可以对这项草案提交建议。
