马先生是一名电商平台产品经理，平时工作和生活中经常使用AI软件。
前几天，他发现家中西门子冰箱门关不上，便向多款AI软件咨询解决办法。
部分AI给出的“官方售后电话”并非西门子官方号码，而是第三方维修平台，报价从两百元到八百元不等。
后来，马先生自行检查发现冰箱内部结冰，清理后问题解决，避免了不必要的维修费用。
记者核实发现，西门子官方客服电话与AI提供的信息存在不一致情况。
相关AI平台客服回应称，将对错误信息进行核实和修正。
马先生表示，自己没有实际损失，但希望通过自己的经历提醒大家：AI信息仅供参考，涉及维修、医疗等重要问题时，应多方核实，避免造成经济或健康损失。
