微软日本最近公布了今年八月开始实施的”上四天班休息三天”的新工作时间项目，员工可以选择周五不上班，把这一天变成带薪假。
结果显示他们工作的时间减少了25.4%，用电量下降了23.1%，工作效率却比以前提高了40%。
而效率提高的方式包括缩短会议时间、增加远程会议等。
对于这种新的工作时间，92.1%的员工都表示满意。
这个项目的负责人表示，明年夏天将继续采用这种工作时间。
