从3月开始，中国的17个重点城市的消费者可以通过手机淘宝或者支付宝“扫一扫”，知道家庭药品的具体信息，然后线上填写地址信息，预约快递员上门，免费回收过期药品。
这些回收的家庭过期药品会被专业打包处理。
