在手机上安装睡眠分析软件，这个软件会分析人们睡眠的一些情况，CRAZY公司的员工把这些情况共享给公司，就可以根据每晚睡眠时间的多少获得积分。
如果员工每天有6小时以上的睡眠时间，每星期至少5天这么做，那么他们就可以获得数百点积分，并且可以在CRAZY公司的餐厅与咖啡馆内兑换成日元(100分=100日元)使用。
CRAZY公司希望这个新的奖励机制能改善员工的生活习惯与健康状况，提高他们的工作效率。
