When talking about books in Chinese, we don’t say 一个书, we say 一本书: 本 is the measure word for books.
小红：快看，我们的新教室！
小明：哇，有好多书啊！
小红；
你能看到多少本中文书？
小明：我能看到十二本中文书。
小红：有多少把椅子呢？
小明：有三十五把椅子。
小红：我的书包好沉啊！
小明：你书包里有什么？
小红：有十本故事书和十二历史书。
小明：太沉了吧！
