Once upon a time, there was a very mischievous monkey who lived in a large jungle. This monkey always had free time on its hands and enjoyed playing pranks on its friends.
One day, the monkey decided to play a game of hide-and-seek. It jumped onto a tall tree and hid behind the leaves, waiting for its friends to find it.
The first one to come looking was the elephant. The elephant walked up to the tree and saw the leaves rustling, thinking it was just the wind. The monkey quietly chuckled and said loudly, “Hahaha! You’ve got it wrong, I’m right here!” The elephant looked up in surprise, seeing the monkey laughing uncontrollably, and couldn’t help but join in the laughter.
Next, the tiger came to find the monkey. The tiger prowled around the tree and spotted a pair of mischievous eyes behind the leaves. It thought, “The monkey must be hiding there.” So, the tiger roared, “Monkey, come out! I’ve found you!” The monkey couldn’t contain its laughter, and the tiger found it amusing too. They both burst into laughter together.
Lastly, the pig came to find the monkey. It hopped and skipped to the tree, seeing the leaves shaking vigorously. The pig thought, “The monkey must be there!” It happily shouted, “Monkey, I’ve found you!” The monkey laughed heartily, but its laughter got out of control on the tree branch. It accidentally fell down and landed directly on the pig’s back. The pig got startled for a moment but then started laughing too.
This game of hide-and-seek brought joy to everyone. The monkey stopped playing pranks on its friends, and they became even better friends through the experience.
